A very big thank you to B&W with the help of the guides I have three success stoies.
My claim was september last year. Using the guides I submitted my claim with no additional information. Result DLA LRC, HRM PIP SRC, HRM happy with that.
Best mates claim next. Using the guides and no supporting evidence MRC, HRM. PIP HRC, HRM for 10 years. Happy with that.
Wifes claim with no supporting evidence, was on MRC, HRM. Decision came bacl in january SRC, HRM. Some people would have accepted this happily as she had 8 points for care and 12 for mobility. We sent in an MR and no suprise nothing changed. Went to tribunal, opted for paper based hearing but included a GP supporting letter. Today the decision arrived. Now she has enhanced for both.
It is possible to do this with very little stress and thanks to the great work of the mods here and the excellent guides, that is our story.
