Is there a time limit on requesting a SOR ?

However I am interested to see why the tribunal awarded me the points they did, in case it helps me explain things better on my next PIP form.
Would I still be able to ask for a SOR this long after? Could the DWP potentially still appeal even though it's been 4 months ( and they have been paying me).
