Refused PIP twice

Anyway i applied again and had the PIP2 forms through again, I've just bought the membership on here so am hoping that will help. I just can't believe I've been given 0 points for everything twice... I suffer from depression, anxiety and OCD to the point of not being able to go out the house because of me worrying or checking, i cant articulate how bad things are for me in a face to face assessment, what i put down on the paper is the truth! I have doctors letters, CBT therapist letters and GP letters all supporting me which looks like has had no bearing on the outcome.
I don't know what to do anymore, it's just fighting all the time for something that you are entitled to. I can't cope with all of the information I have got take in to complete the forms, a charity did it for me last time and they did a good job but still zero points. Can anyone help and tell me what i need to do to improve my chances as i feel as though I've exhausted everything else, where do i start? Thanks

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
You can certainly make a new claim while waiting for your Tribunal but be aware that the new claim will create a new Decision as well which will supersede any Decision made at your appeal. So the worst case scenario is that your are awarded PIP at the hearing and the new claim is again rejected, it will be this latter Decision that is carried forward.
I would start by having a read of PIP Claim guide, it explains the criteria against which you are being assessed and will be helpful to both your appeal and new claim.

741tan wrote: Thanks Gordon. How long does it normally take to get a tribunal hearing? It's been over 2 months since I sent off for a face to face heating and heard nothing since...
The average is probably 3-4 months, you should be able to get a better idea by contacting the venue.

If i go to the tribunal and win, can't I just ignore the new claim now the PIP2 form has come? Or will i have to go through the process again and hope i get awarded?
If you don't want to continue with the new claim then you can close it by contacting the DWP, if you ignore it then a new Decision will still be made. I would phone and then follow up with a letter confirming it.
