Hi WNFB,
Theoretically, every ESA award is an indefinite award with regular reassessments.
However, every ESA award comes with a recommended period before reassessments which is known as the "prognosis" period.
See :
How often will I be reviewed From our :
ESA FAQ’s As any "prognosis" on an ESA award is only a recommendation, any ESA award can be reviewed/reassessed after more than 3 months have elapsed since the date of the award decision.
Therefore, the ESA50 should be filled in and returned to the address provided by the deadline date given.
It may be worth while considering using :

Sending Documents to the DWP or Maximus. (aka CHDA, aka HAAS.) Even if this is a review, the ESA50 should be completed just as it would be with a first assessment.
Do not assume that The ESA Assessors will have any knowledge of current medical conditions and the current SG award.
