PIP enables the same Premiums as DLA so as long as you receive an suitable award then the Disability Premium will be added again.
Any PIP Daily Living award enables a Carers Allowance claim.

Hi K,
Any "Premiums" that you received as a result of your Higher or Middle Rate Care Award would stop if you lose the DLA Care Award.
If you are successful in obtaining any PIP Daily Living Award (Standard or Enhanced) your "Premiums" should be reinstated and back paid to the date that you lost them.
Any PIP Daily Living Award (Standard or Enhanced) entitles another person to claim CA for providing care for you.
