My problem is i have now got a job interview for 8.5 hours a week. How do i stand on this please.
If you are no longer receiving JSA then technically you are not receiving any benefits at this time. Are you going to claim the ESA Assessment rate while you wait for your appeal hearing?
If you are then you need to notify the DWP of this work, it should be covered under the Permitted Work rules. There is a guide to this in the ESA section.
If you are not going to claim the Assessment rate, then it will depend on what happens with your appeal, if you win and your ESA is re-instated then you will have to
then contact the DWP about the work you will have done, it should still come under the PW rules.
