PIP mandatory reconsideration help needed

Hi all
I'm new here but looking for some help. I have been refused for my new claim for PIP after a horrific face to face which resulted in a repost full of lies. I have been on standard rate for 2 years after successful tribunal in 2015. I want to make a formal complaint to ATOS and also need some help with manual reconsideration. I have printed off the guides but was wondering if there was a template letter that could help with the wording of my appeal? Thanks xx
