Hi If my sister can walk between 40-60 m in pain and then needs to stop for 10 mins approximately. And she pushes herself through the pain. Would this be 4 points or not? About 2 /3days would not go due to severe pain.
Claimants required to complete any of the PIP activities pain free, but any pain that limits their ability to complete an activity should be taken into account, also and for the Moving Around activity only, if she experienced severe pain but is still able to walk, then she can argue that she is not walking to a necessary standard.
I would have a look at the PIP Claim guide for the distances that Moving Around considers and also the use of reliably.
Based on what you have posted I think she might meet (c) but you will need to refine the way you are explaining her problems.
