I'm trying to claim PIP for my Fibro. I applied on the 15th Feb. Sent forma back 6th March. Had a letter from capita about three weeks since saying they were looking at my claim and that is it nothing since. I've never claimed anything before so I have no idea what the wait is or what I should do. Do I phone? Who do I phone if so? Don't want to be over eager but don't want to let them take forever either. Any advice much appreciated

We are starting to see delays in the assessment process, particularly for Capita. You can chase them for an update.
