I was on DLA for 8 yrs and then got invitied to pip, my dla does not run out till the first of may so as its due on the 18th i am confused

If you have had a Decision on your PIP claim then your DLA will remain in payment for four weeks after the date of that Decision.
If you received a PIP award then this will remain in payment should you challenge the award, if you did not receive an award then you aren't entitled to any payments while you challenge the Decision.
