Esa letter

If it is two appointment letters, then it is likely that they are for different reasons.

As the partner you can be invited to attend a Work Focussed Interview, usually not more than once every three years, you must attend on your husbands ESA can be suspended. You cannot be required to work or to carry out any Work Related Activity.
