hi, my aunty has this year 2017 a medical for esa and then for pip, i have wrote off for copies of both assessments,because depending on what is in the reports will help decide weather to ask for an MR, regarding the pip award, i did not ring up because it is not easy to get through to their phone numbers, they will have had the letter now, for over a week and we have not received the reports as yet, How long should it roughly take to post them out, and it it be worthwhile writing again using recorded delivery .thanks

It normally takes 7-10 days to receive a report but as you made the request in writing then you need to add at least another 7 days.
