My son is awaiting the form for migration from DLA to PIP. As his appointee, and thus the person dealing with his claim, should the form come to me, or at least a notification letter to let me know its gone to his address. Due to his condition he does not deal with his mail, it remains ignored in the doorway.

If you are his DWP appointed appointee then it should be sent to you.
