I am wondering if I go to a mandatory descion for my pip award ,can it changed at this stage

Please don't post your questions in other member's topics, it makes it impossible to provide you with support, especially when you questions bear no relation to what is being discussed in the original topic.
To answer your question. The rate of revision at the MR stage is quite low but it does happen, most usually because the claimant is able to show that there was a fundamental error in the original Decision.

Sorry about using the wrong section for my question , (new to this ) &thank you for your reply , i didn't explain my self very clearly ,at the mandatory stage for plp,could the decision be made to change to a lower award .or if i chose to go to a tribunal could the decision to lower the award or even withdraw it be made .thank you

The DWP can reduce or remove an existing award when carrying out an MR.
A Tribunal can do the same but the are required to notify the claimant if this is a possibility so that they can withdraw their appeal.
