Hi
I have been in receipt of ESA (CB SG) and DLA. My partner lost his job yesterday. Do I need to inform the DWP of this? He is going to be looking for employment immediately but as his wage doesn't affect my esa I wondered if I had to tell them? If he does manage to get another job quickly and we tell them will it be difficult to have my claim readjusted?

If you are only receiving Contribution Based ESA then your partner's work status is not relevant to your claim.
DLA & PIP are not means test benefits so again, your partners status will not effect your claim.
