hi. i wrote to the dwp on behalf of my auntie on 03/04/2017, requesting copies of esa medical report and pip medical report which took place in janury and febuary, she received pip after 9 days, but she has not received the esa report as yet, Would it be best to write again using recorded delivery, or give it a bit longer.
