Phoned today in order to purchase the car before the deadline tomorrow only to be told that the deadline has now been extended by eight weeks to give time for a decision on the Mandatory Reconsideration. I know it is posted on the site but wasn't sure whether the date it came into effect was known and apparently it will take up to two weeks for customers to receive notification letters. So would advise phoning before returning your car to any affected.
