Don't know what to do

Hi Gordon, I received no points after my assessment. Sent off and revived assessment report. How disappointed. I am shocked. I went to the doctor they were not ask for report. Doctor told put in a request and say what I would like them to say. I also contacted the OT they will come I do an assessment. Will these help when I request a mandertoty request? I don't know if this will change decision with all zero. Please advice. Thanks Lee

I'm sorry that your PIP claim was refused

Any reports that you submit as evidence will be most helpful if they relate directly to the PIP descriptors that you hope to score points with.

Even then, it is less usual for a MR to do anything other than 'rubber stamp' the original decision - although we have had members who have been successful at this stage, so don't give up hope.

The PIP guide talks you through the process, so don't forget to make full use of it.
