has anyone had a home medical with capita recently. I have one next week and am absolutely sick with worry. will they also examine each room in the house to see what adaptations i have?
Home assessments are not significantly different from those carried out at the Assessment Providers office, there is a section at the back of the PIP Claim guide that covers the process and the questions you are likely to be asked.
You can choose where to hold the assessment and the assessor has no more right to look around your home than any other visitor.
Even though it is at your home I would still try and have someone with you if you can.
