PIP re-assessment was created by Jenny Castell
I have been sent a re-assessment form but my entitlement is up to April 2018. When I called them about this, they said that they were sending the forms out a year early but I have to get it back to them by 14th May 2017. Is this right please.

I'm afraid so.
Which form have you received, the AR1 review form or another PIP2? Both are covered in our PIP Claim guide.
