PIP: Getting the PA4 form before the decision. was created by black2cat
My husband recently had his PIP assessment done.
Please would someone kindly tell me if it's possible to get a copy of PA4 form before we receive the decision letter, as in the past we have waited nearly 10 days for the PA4 form to arrive.
I read that the DWP have decided to no-longer send out reports prior to a decision on an award, is this still true.
Thank you for reading

PIP assessment reports can still be requested by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim.

Thank you for your reply.
After having f2f for pip, how long do I need to wait before request the PA4 form?
Thank you.

Only a couple of days to allow the DWP to receive it from the assessor.

I had F2F yesterday. I asked the nurse for a copy of the report and she said I had to wait until the decision letter arrived, then ask.

They may have believed that is how it works but there should be no problem with you asking for a copy of the report at the beginning of next week.
