I have a bit of a dilemma. I completed my husbands ESA50 and returned it using the envelope provided. I also paid for "Signed For" service through Royal Mail. I thought I'd send it for a signature, as we are well aware how things go missing!. I posted the form 24/4/17 and have checked on-line that the item was signed for and it just says, your item is being processed. I just wanted to check, is there anything that I should be doing. What will happen if they don't receive the form? It had to be back by 1/5/17. Or shall I just sit tight and wait? As if I had just sent it normal post, without signature and the same thing happened, I'd be none the wiser.
The ESA50 used to be returned to ATOS/Maximus but it is possible that they now go via the DWP so I would contact the DWP office dealing with your claim and Maximus to confirm receipt of your form.
