Preparing for an ESA Medical was created by scottishlemonade
I have to attend an ESA medical on the 26th , am just wondering if there is anything I can do in preparation for it? I passed my last one 3 years ago so fingers crossed it's the same this time. I suffer from fibromyalgia

I would start by having a read of the ESA Claim guides, there is a section at the back that covers the assessment and the questions you are likely to be asked.
AS to your preparing, my best advice apart from going back through your ESA50 is to try not to think about it too much, difficult I know but the first one I went to I spent several days working out how I would mange the interview only to find my cunning plan fell to bits within minutes of my entering the room.

good advise.
I find this forum amazing. If I need advice I will work my way through a well put together 96 pages of advice. I would recommend all people start there...it's hard..
Regarding the FORUM if you're really anxious & confused my thought is don't pick up immediately from what can appear a negative Title. We are all different with our illnesses. If I see a comment such as 'PIP refused' I do my best not to read as Gordon or another mod has told them to appeal, put in a MR. Etc.try to read positive ones. It's so hard I agree. I'd be lost without the vast amount on information on here.
