Hi , excellent site before I start my question ! I receive ESA support group and DLA higher on both mobility and care. I have not been contacted to renew my ESA claim or to be transferred over to PIP yet. I have just been glancing over the questionnaire for ESA and PIP and noticed in the supporting evidence that they no longer want to be sent appointment letters... When I applied for both before, I submitted all my appointment letter from consultants, orthotics, wheelchair services, physio and any thing else I had... I was under the impression that these letters would be proof of my ongoing care and that I see people involved in my disability on a regular basis ? I have hardly any report or other items that may be of use, but still a lot of appointment details.....is it worth submitting these when I have to start my claims again ? Many thanks Stu
It's your claim(s) you can submit what you want, that said, a pile of appointment letters won't add significantly to your claim, so I would keep it to the latest letter only.
