Hello Could you tell me how long a doctors medical report stands for. My doctor did me a report on my condition and problems I have, could I still use this report this year, my condition has not changed and my doctor made it clear that I will never get any better but will probably deteriorate. thanks villabarmy
The DWP prefer evidence that is less than two years old but providing you can show that the information is still relevant to your conditions as they are now then you can submit letters and reports that are older than this.
