Hi called pip today who said a decision was made today and letter issued. I asked if they could tell me over the phone but they said it wasn't showing on the system.
Do you when it should be on the system if I call back up?

The system does not release the Decision until a Decision Letter has actually been printed and sent, so it could be a couple of days.
