I have just received my mandotory reconsideration decision. No change!
I will appeal the decision, I am my daughter's appointee( DWP letters are addressed to me), so I need to give my details in section 2 and sign section 8, and my daughter details in section 3. Am I correct?

You need to complete all of the sections, a person applying on their own behalf would not complete section 3.

You need to complete all of the sections, a person applying on their own behalf would not complete section 3.

Sorry if I have not made myself clear. I am applying on behalf of my daughter, not myself. I am applying as her appointee.
From my understanding, I have to put my daughter's details in section 3,
Do I put my own details as her appointee in section 2 and sign section 8?

I fully understand your situation!
Why do you think that you do not have to fill in the other sections, for example section 5 (reasons for appeal)?

I understand that I have to fill in the other sections Gordon. It was sections 2,3 and 8 that my query was about, not the other sections. Sorry if I was not clear.
