I had my f2f assessment on Monday for PIP. I've read in several places that I can request a copy of the assessment report. I was just wondering how you go about doing this? Is it a case of ringing the assessment centre or provider or the DWP?

All you have to do is ring or write to the DWP office dealing with your claim and make the request, it usually takes 7-10 days to arrive.
