Hi, I was due to have a home f2f yesterday morning @ 10:45, received a call @ 10:30 to say this was cancelled & they were unable to give me another appointment. I've been so anxious & distressed by the whole transfer process & was left very upset as a result of the cancellation. Do Capita have no concept of how this affects us?
