Awaiting Trubunal date fo PIP but blood tests for Heart Failure revealed Prostrate problem. MRI has shown tumour in prostrate and other site. Should I inform the Tribunal of this new diagnosis? Thank you

I would but they cannot take any changes in your conditions into account when re-making the Decision, they can only consider evidence that relates to how you were at the time of the Decision being appealed.
So you will need to show that you were suffering the effects of this new diagnosis at that time even though you were not aware of the cause.
