My tribunal result was created by 741tan
Had my tribunal on the 12th, just had my letter and I scored 7 points. 4 for preparing food, 1 for managing therapy and 2 for washing and bathing. Absolutely gutted and don't know where to turn now. 3 suicide attempts in the last 5 weeks all told to the tribunal along with how I suffer from day to day. The only positive is that I scored 7 points as apposed to the 0 the DWP gave me. Where do I turn now is it the end of the road?

I'm sorry to hear this. I'm afraid you can only pursue this claim further if you can show that there was an Error of Law in the making of the Decision, not because you disagree with the points awarded.
What is an Error of Law?
Also, the panel would not have been allowed to take into account your suicide attempts as they can only consider your health as it was at the time of the Decision being appealed.
You can however make a new claim for PIP, there is no waiting time and you can obviously include the problems you are having today. A new claim will not refer to your last one and you have an opportunity to address the issues that you prevented you scoring last time.

Thanks Gordon, with the help of this website and the knowledge on here hopefully I can score enough next time. I'm so worn out by the process though, my original claim was back in August 2016... Ah well back to the drawing board!
