Hi, I have an appointment with the local CAB to help with an appeal. Will they fill out the appeal form for me? And will they represent me at an oral hearing? Also this is for a child under 16, will they have to attend the tribunal hearing? Also I didn't submit any previous evidence and wonder what advice you have about getting letters from my doctor or the school? Thanks
I'm afraid I can't answer for the CAB, they may or may not be able to provide you with the help you need.
It should be possible for the child not to have to attend, but you need to ask the Judge of your hearing about this.
You didn't submit evidence for the MR or the original claim? A child DLA claim is all about showing that their needs are significantly in excess of those for a healthy child of the same age.
