pip paper tribunal was created by janine
I have sent in all my evidence and asked for a paper hearing as there is no way I would be able to getc up and speak up for myself, I would find it impossible due to my mental health issues and anxiety. it says they will not give me a date of the hearing as I won't be attending they will just notify me of the outcome. could anyone please tell me how long it usually takes from sending everything in and them receiving it to them actually having the hearing. this whole thing has been going on for months now and all the time my condition is getting worse with the stress and worry to the point of feeling increasingly suicidal. it is getting harder and harder to keep going.

Best guess would be two months, but there are some areas of the country like the SW where there are significant queues. A Paper appeal is scheduled when there are gaps in the diary.
