Hello im having trouble finding my answers from my questions. I have severe anxiety and agrophobia with depression my court case that was adjourned for pip is on friday i asked for a telephone hearing if i call the court to cancel that would it effect my hearing im so nervous i rather just give my husband a letter to give to the judge as i have functional problems .
You can change to a Paper appeal at any time by notifying the Tribunal Service but be aware that statistically the likelihood of success is a lot lower so if you can manage the telephone appeal then it would be to your advantage to do so.
If you do switch then make sure that all of your evidence and testimony is already with the TS as you will not be notified of when the hearing will occur.
