Hi all,

I am sure this has already been asked a lot of times but I am new here.

On a face to face visit do you have to perform exercises as in a previous face to face the person conducting the face to face did say you don't have to do it if you feel it will cause you discomfort or would cause you problems afterwards.
My question is if you said you did not want to do it and replied with this would it go against you in your claim because you did not do it?

It's perfectly OK for you to refuse to do an activity that would cause you pain or distress, just make sure that you explain why you are refusing.
