Would just like to say, please be very sure you have support, mental health is not my only problem but have been informed today I have up to 15wks to wait for tribunal. This will either coincide with either my husbands birthday or the anniversary of his suicide (in a mental health rehab) I have done my best and will keep you informed xx

Sometimes all you can is focus on the end result.

To try and take something positive from the wait, it does allow you to concentrate on your submission.
