Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

Is it for ESA or PIP?

Start by having a look in the appeal section for the relevant benefit. We have appeal guides for both benefits.

A Tribunal panel will only make a Decision in your favour by your showing that you meet the criteria to score the points needed for an award.

You should have a copy of the assessment report in the bundle of information from the DWP. It will be tempting to go through report and you should certainly do so, but be aware that doing so is very unlikely to score you the points that you need.

I would suggest that you go through your claim form, with the associated Claim guide to make sure that you have shown that your meet the criteria to score points. Take the Descriptors against which you are being assessed as they are written, don't be tempted to try and bend them to your conditions as this will not result in you scoring.

Any submission that you make must be with the Tribunal Service no later than seven days before your hearing.

If you have specific questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help you.
