Sorry if I am asking this question in the wrong area but I am unable to access the esa faqs due to an error for some reason. We have today received the work capability questionnaire and I was wondering do we use the same guide as a new claimant would to complete or is there a different one for existing claims my husband has been in support group for the last 12 months and was also awarded last September standard rate pip for both daily and mobility for 4 years I receive carers allowance.
Apologies if this is a stupid question.

You should treat this reassessment as a new claim for ESA, so use the latest guides and complete the form in detail and send all relevant evidence that you have even if it has been submitted before.
You may be able to use the PIP report in support of the ESA reassessment but you must explain why it is relevant to the problems he is having with the ESA activities.
What error are you getting when accessing the FAQ?
