Hello
I was wondering if anybody could advise me please.
With all the extra information and evidence I have collated for my ESA renewal i have a problem. The envelopenis simply far too small.
Is it ok to stick the white ESA original envelopenonto a larger one or just use a larger envelope and write the address on it.
I understand that they scan it in when it arrivesvat the mail centre.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My only concerns would be whether the DWP Freepost code covers the weight of the extra pages, if not then it used to be possible to pay the difference. But you should also consider sending it using a tracked post if you can afford it so that you have proof of delivery to the DWP.

I just did this, had a nice thick envelope and sellotaped the small white one they provide to the front.
I paid for next day gauranteed as I left it till the last week, it arrived fine the next day according to the tracking.
