Just to say thank you for all your help and Advice regarding my PIP appeal. I have just today won my case on my transfer from DLA to PIP.

Was currently on higher rate care component and lower rate mobility component, now been awarded standard living component and enhanced mobility component.

Had a nice tribunal appeal apart from the disability rights lady who totally grilled me on my seizures.

Mrs M

Congratulations on the appeal Decision, well done.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal Decision, I would give them a call at the end of the week to confirm that they have received the Decision Notice.

Well, well done I am still waiting for my Mr result before I go through my appeal process. Could you tell me how long it took for you to receive your MR result. Thanks Agatha
