I have had trouble since yesterday in staying logged in to access resources.
Today is even worse as each time I attempt to access the resource I urgently need as my assessment interview for DLA to PIP will be taking place next Monday 5th June, I keep being logged out so unable to access the diary templates I need.
I have tried logging off completely but the issue still persists with a system message coming up telling me that I need to register and subscribe. I am registered, as is evident by my writing her in this forum, so why can't I access the resources?
On attempting to use the help section I am given the same message, although I may have got an email off?

I am sorry that you are having problems accessing the site. No one else has reported an issue, but this does not mean that it is specific to you.

You need to report the problem, with a description of what you are doing and the error messages you are receiving to;

Hello Gordon,

Just wanted to let you know have had similar technical issues this afternoon, comes up cannot reach this page and have had to log in again a couple of times. Thought it was down to my rubbish ability on the computer but perhaps not!

Sorry to butt in but when I had similar problems some months ago i tried using a different browser to access this website and it was all fine then.

I had similar problems for last two days. Finally contacted tech@benefitsandwork, who replied almost immediately. I followed their helpful suggestions and now everything is running smoothly.
