It has taken exactly 14 days for DWP to give me 0 points despite my ailments have increased.
Wording in the letter says "I have decided" throughout so I thought I'd do some homework on who the lady is that signed the letter. Her LinkedIn profile shows a work history of 12 years working in a bank AND has only been with the DWP since SEPT 2016 and has medical experience . With 8 months experience to ruin lives. Great. I'm going to use this in my appeal.

I'm sure that the information is frustrating, but I doubt that it will be of any value at an appeal, the DWP will argue that the person has received all necessary training and the Tribunal Panel will only be interested in whether you score the points for an award.

I'm sure Gordon is right but you still have my sympathy Searcher after spending an hour and a half today watching the slideshow about how 'experienced' they are...many doctors have never even heard of one of our daughter's conditions never mind burned-out physios...

My sympathy to searcher.

its like someone who can dress a bandage on a cut knee, then can go into an assessment room, and put on multiple hats all at once.

ie hats being- a surgeon in whatever and a pain specialist and GP's etc.

Well subscribers and non subscribers, we can all make a difference to the tory regime and their puppet outscourced contractors.

please cast your vote and even if your not political minded. give your vote to LABOUR.

Labours manifesto does include the sacking of ATOS capita and maximus, and an end to the WCA's. and the bedroom tax.

One thing is for sure.... the Tories will only dish us the disabled people, more misery and further hardship out. consequently causing more WCA related suicides (deaths) .

We can all do something about this ...please use your vote wisely. No other party is going to help us except labour.

thanks for reading.
