DLA to PIP was created by Suzy Alabere
Hi
My husband is 69 yrs old and we have received a letter from DWP informing him of his change from DLA to PIP.
We phoned to confirm that we would like to claim PIP and have had the confirmation text to say that the form is on its way.
My husband suffers from Epilepsy (frontal lobe.), Asthma (nebuliser and inhaler), Arthritis (back, shoulders, hands, hips, knees.) Bladder Incontinence (has has TURP operation twice and now has Urgency incontinence and erectile dysfunction), High Blood Pressure,Eczema.
He has been very stressed since this process started as he does not cope well with changes.
I am concerned as to how this process will affect him and I ask is there any help you can offer me in way of filling out the relevant form when it arrives as I feel totally alone in this matter.
many thanks.
Suzy
