Contacting Maximus for update on ESA was created by Orangeblossom
I noticed a member had contacted Maximus / centre for Disability Assessments for an update on their ESA. Do you know the email address for this please and is it one specific to your local centre or a general one? many thanks

How long is a sensible time to leave before ringing the dwp / maximus? I returned my esa50 form at the start of May and have heard nothing - I only know it got to them as I sent it by recorded post.

How long is reasonable to leave it do you think a month perhaps since the deadline?

It's entirely up to you, contacting Maximus is not going to prioritise your assessment, so it's really down to managing your own anxiety levels

Thanks, I just emailed them, mine was sent back mid May. Last time in 2016 I hear within literally a week! It's so stressful.
