Received 3 letters from atos re assessment to be held at my sons home ,but neither of them take into account that they infringe on his time spent at the toilet which is advised to them on the form. my husband and i will be there for him but he will be SO embarassed at the prospect of talking from the toilet and wonder what we should do?

You can contact the Assessment Provider to see if a more convenient time can be arranged, you can only do this once and he must then attend the new appointment whenever and wherever it is scheduled for, so make sure that you sort out the date while you are on the phone.

Good News!
A paper based assessment was completed and we have just heard that our son has been given the higher rates of Pip. What a fight.
We just need his esa55 to be actioned now which was sent to them in January, An assessment was cancelled whilst we were in front of the assessor ,she left us without explanation. What is our next move?

Congratulations on the PIP, well done.
As to the ESA, I would contact Maximus for an update.
