I have asked for a paper hearing.
I sent my written submission on Friday. What is the next step and how long roughly should I expect to wait?
Thanks

The next step is for a hearing to be held. This could be next week or in many weeks time, there is no way to know as Paper hearing are put into the diary for the venue at short notice when there is space for a hearing to take place.
Once there has been a hearing they will write to you with the result.

Thanks. I thought I would have been informed of when the hearing would be so that is good to know.
If there is a risk to my current award will I hear from the judge first? And does this mean the case will be delayed?

The Judge will write to you recommending that you attend the hearing, the important bit is that they will remind you that a Tribunal can reduce an existing award or even remove it and they will recommend that you get trained advice.

I understand this but do they look at the case and warn you if they think there is a threat to it? Or is this just a standard letter sent to people applying for a paper hearing?
I was under the impression that I would be warned if the judge thought it was under threat so I could withdraw.

Kim
You need to reread my previous post, I've added a highlight to the relevant section.
