Hia, could you tell me how true it is that capita 9 times out of ten do a home assessment, as I would prefer to do this due to my anxiety leaving the house. Also I am still waiting to be transfered over to pip from dla I hear I'm well over my due date, should I ring dla to see whats happening or just sit tight and wait as don't really want to trigger my transfer unless I have to. Capita do more home assessments than ATOS but it is certainly no where near 90%, I'm afraid you won't get a home assessment without the support of your GP as you will need them to write to Capita explaining why you cannot attend at their offices.
DLA claimants are being chosen at random and the project is significantly behind schedule so it could be years before you receive an invitation.
