If they contact claiments by phone or letter? I am preparing to go all the way to the tribunal but naturally if it could be settled earlier and without all that stress it would be brilliant We t
The DWP do on occasion make offer a revised Decision to claimants before their appeal hearing, if it happens then it is most likely to occur in the week before your hearing, they are most likely to contact you by phone but it could be in writing.
I have to warn you that this does not occur very often and they may are not obliged to offer you the award you are seeking, just one that is better than the existing award.
