ESA50 reassement after just one year?!!

In April 2016 (after 5 years in the support group) I was asked to complete the ESA50 and had a subsequent review. I was downgrade to WRAG.

Today 17 June 2017, I have received another ESA50 and, no doubt, I'll be asked to attend another assessment. Hopefully I can use this to get back into the Support Group.

I've no idea why they've called for me again after just one year. Only thing I have done is change my name by deed poll.

Any ideas anyone?

Reassessment dates are set from the prognosis on the assessment report, the normal maximum period between assessments while in the SG is usually three years so I would guess that this was extended by the DWP to delay your initial reassessment until 2016.
