Typically your arguments will fall into four categories.
- as you don't have the help you cannot complete an activity as a result.
- you can complete the activity but cannot do so reliably because for example; it takes you far longer than is reasonable to complete an activity, you can only do it at certain times or on certain days, or every X days, etc.
- you can complete the task but doing so has a significant impact on the other tasks that you need to do
- you can complete the task but only by harming yourself physically or mentally.
